  • QCH Southeast Division Preview

By Spencer on September 24, 2013
Welcome back, everyone! We’ve taken a break for awhile over at QCH while the NBA news has been circulating much slower. With just over a week until the beginning of Training Camp on October 1, we’re diving back into basketball for what appears to be a much more respectable season than we’ve seen in the last few for Charlotte. Dakota […]
  • 2013-14 Bobcats schedule released — QCH 3-on-3 reaction

By Spencer on August 8, 2013
1- What’s your favorite aspect of the 2013-14 Charlotte Bobcats schedule? Spencer: 10 of the first 16 games for Charlotte will be played at home and it’s not against the stiffest competition either. A hot start is possible, and although that was the case last year as well, this roster is obviously built to hang around in the standings longer. […]

By Spencer on June 28, 2013
Charlotte ended up surprising most people by selecting F/C Cody Zeller out of Indiana last night. There were numerous reports yesterday that suggested the team was interested in Zeller and that he was rising on draft boards, but when the announcement came at #4, it took most by surprise. Greg, Mathew and I react to all the different angles of […]

  • Bobcats to hire Lakers assistant Steve Clifford as next head coach

By Spencer on May 28, 2013
Charlotte has hired their 3rd coach in the last 3 seasons with Steve Clifford. Unlike the last hire, Clifford does possess quite a bit of NBA coaching experience. He coached with Stan Van Gundy in Orlando, Jeff Van Gundy in Houston and Mike Brown + Mike D’Antoni with the Lakers. Clifford has been an assistant throughout the NBA for 13 […]
  • Bobcats fire Mike Dunlap — QCH reacts

By Spencer on April 24, 2013
1- On a scale of 1-10, how much did this move surprise you? Spencer: 8. I just cannot understand how a franchise that has existed through such a persistent culture of losing and is coming off the worst season in NBA history (one year ago) can believe it’s wise to part ways with a coach after just one season. Did […]
