Considered a good signing by the Bobcats prior to last season, Reggie Williams was expected to provide some outside shooting on a team that did not have many options from the perimeter. Unfortunately, the lockout and injuries took a toll on Williams, as he played in just 33 games and shot about 31% on threes for the year. Charlotte is hoping for a bounce back to his sharpshooting ways from Golden State in the season ahead.
ESPN NBA Player Ranking:
Reggie Williams has averaged 3.2 three-point attempts per game in his career, and took that many on average for Charlotte last year. He made just 1.0, versus his 1.2 career average, leading to a 30.8% mark last season, after shooting better than 42% from deep in the prior season for GSW.
